I thought I had seen it all at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW). But on a recent layover, I stumbled upon something new—the DFW Employee Store in Terminal C, near Gate C2. The store caught my eye right away with its simple, administrative-style sign. It was the most intriguing store I’d seen at the airport in a while, and to my surprise, it was open to the public. So, I decided to check it out.
Walking in, I felt like I had stepped into a retro travel store, almost as if I had been transported back a few decades. The atmosphere had an old-school charm, and even its website, dated 2018, looked like something from the 90s.
