The Farm at San Benito Joins Marriott’s Autograph Collection
CG Hospitality, led by Nepalese billionaire Binod Chaudhary, partners with Marriott International to transform The Farm at San Benito in Batangas, Philippines, into an Autograph Collection resort. The wellness center, located south of Manila, will open as the first Marriott-managed Autograph resort in the Philippines by Q3 2025.
Wellness-Driven Destination
“Wellness is a key travel trend,” said Rajeev Menon, Marriott’s Asia Pacific President (excluding China). “The Philippines’ natural beauty and reputation as a rejuvenating destination make it ideal for this venture.”
New Wellness Community
CG Hospitality and Megaworld Corp. are developing a $208 million wellness township near The Farm. Spanning 25 hectares in Lipa City, the San Benito Private Estate will feature condominiums, hotels, shops, and sports facilities, enhancing the area’s tourism appeal.
Resort Features
The rebranded Autograph Collection resort will span 52 hectares, offering 70 villas, including one-bedroom and private pool villas with two or four bedrooms. Amenities include five restaurants, a swimming pool with bar, a fitness center, a spa, a medical wellness center, and 321 square meters of event space.
CG Hospitality’s Vision
“This partnership sets a new standard for wellness hospitality,” said Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of CG Corp Global. CG Hospitality manages over 190 properties with 12,000 rooms across 12 countries.
