I first visited Milwaukee in January, and despite the freezing cold and short, gray days, it turned out to be one of my best trips. The lake effect, while chilly in winter, becomes a refreshing breeze in summer.

Located in Milwaukee’s Lower East Side, Birch fits the bill for every occasion.
