Romero says, “This summer, for example, we hosted a Full Moon dinner party for 60 guests, transforming the garden into an intimate yet festive setting with a single, beautifully set table beneath the night sky.”
Three groups of chefs curated different moments of the evening.
One prepared an elaborate apéritif and buffet of fresh salads, another crafted pizzas on-site, while an Italian chef cooked handmade pasta live in the garden using a giant paellera.
Ten high-end waiters ensured every guest received personalized attention, while a guitarist set the tone, moving from soft melodies during dinner to more vibrant rhythms as the evening evolved.
Four mixologists built a bespoke cocktail bar, creating full moon-inspired drinks and setting the mood for a night that was both relaxed and unforgettable. “It’s this kind of tailored, sensory experience that defines a dinner at INFINITY,” says Romero.
