The building’s facade features a combination of white stucco and Moca Creme Limestone.
Each home, with its white stucco exteriors, complements the natural beauty of Miami’s waterways. The design emphasizes light as a key element, maximizing windows to create sun-filled interiors. The upper half of the building is finished with white stucco, while the lower half is made of limestone.
Located at NE 8th Avenue, Casa Vista and Casa Coral each offer 50 feet of exclusive waterfront access. The expansive outdoor spaces connect seamlessly to the ground floor living areas. These spaces feature a private lap pool, spa, alfresco dining area, and a spacious sundeck.
Additional highlights of the Marea Collection include large private terraces off the primary bedrooms, a rooftop patio, glass railings, wood cladding, and lush landscaping.
Casa Vista is a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home covering over 4,500 square feet. The design follows a modernist style, softened by a light color palette, wood, and stone accents.
On the first floor, the open concept includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and an ensuite bedroom. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stretch across the back of the house, offering stunning views of the waterfront and the outdoor space, which is designed to highlight the water access.
The second floor features the remaining four ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with ample space, a walk-in closet, a luxurious bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the water. A second terrace provides outdoor space for the other three bedrooms. The rooftop patio adds another level of landscaping with scenic water views. The home also includes a two-car garage at ground level.
Casa Coral Overview
Casa Coral spans 4,600 square feet with an open-concept design, similar to Casa Vista. The home offers a private street-front and stunning waterfront views from the rear, creating a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. At night, the light reflects beautifully, casting a striking beam onto the street.
This spacious residence includes four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with the first floor dedicated to an ensuite bedroom. The home’s layout features a high-end kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The rear of the house opens to an outdoor space perfect for entertaining, with a grilling station, alfresco dining area, lap pool, spa, and an oversized sundeck.
Upstairs Features
On the second floor, you’ll find the primary suite, designed like a luxurious spa. The oversized bathroom leads to a private terrace with waterfront views. A den area connects to a private terrace and the other two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
The property is topped with a landscaped rooftop terrace featuring built-in, backlit benches. There’s also a two-car garage on the ground level.

Evelyn Gavilondo, Director of Design at Sunland Group, explains, «We embrace modern design for its warmth and natural fit with waterfront properties. In partnership with Gonzalo Mardones, we explored unique modern expressions within a shared design language, creating distinct identities for each home while maintaining a cohesive look. The minimalist styling allows the outdoors to blend seamlessly with the indoors, highlighting the most desirable aspect of waterfront homes—the water. Key features like a warm color palette, floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, and multiple outdoor spaces help pull nature inside. The result is a luxurious, serene atmosphere.»
Matsumoto adds, «Casa Vista and Casa Coral embody Sunland Group’s commitment to redefining waterfront living in Miami. While each home is architecturally unique, they share a philosophy that highlights the waterfront and invites the calm, tranquil essence of the location. The Marea Collection blends luxury and high design with the comfort and ease of waterfront living.»
