ALG Vacations (ALGV) has announced the sites and dates for its top events for travel advisors in 2025.
From May 14 to November 23, 2025, ALGV will help travel advisors learn, network and grow their businesses and celebrate their hard work along the way through a handful of notable events.
“At ALG Vacations, we are dedicated to providing development opportunities that truly make a difference for travel advisors,” Jacki Marks, Global Head of Trade Brands, said in a statement. “With a robust schedule of events that cater to the diverse needs of advisors, our 2025 lineup is designed to inspire, educate, and empower advisors through dynamic experiences that drive professional success.”
ALGV’s flagship event, the 2025 Ascend Conference is scheduled for October 15-18 in Cancun, Mexico this year.
Highlights will include general sessions led by world-class keynote speakers, in-depth workshops covering a variety of topics and an impressive showcase of travel suppliers. “Ascend is more than just an event; it’s a transformational experience where advisors can elevate their expertise and build lasting connections,” said Marks.

ALGV’s innovative MegaFAM program is returning with three new exciting opportunities following a successful debut in 2024.
This year’s schedule includes Cancun, Mexico (June 23-27), Los Cabos, Mexico (July 7-11) and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (September 8-12).
Replacing the traditional escorted FAM, each MegaFAM will host approximately 150 travel advisors at multiple resorts. Attendees will tour destinations via a round-robin schedule and participate in excursions and a giveback activity as well as a full day of professional development.
ALGV’s Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection will return from July 21-25 at Secrets Tides Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
Bringing together both seasoned veterans and next-generation advisors, this event promotes responsible travel, focusing on personal well-being and professional development as well as community impact.

ALGV will recognize and reward its highest-achieving agencies and advisors with four Elite Account events in 2025, including Elite Emerald (May 14-17) at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa; Elite Sapphire (June 2-5) at Secrets Bahia Mita & Dreams Bahia Mita; WAVEMAKER (August 3-6) at Dreams Sapphire Indigo Club and Elite Diamond (November 19-23) at Secrets Playa Esmeralda & Dreams Playa Esmeralda.
